株式会社Ahead of the curve（以下「当社」といいます）は、オーベルジュ Né の公式ウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 取得する情報
当社は、本サイトのご利用にあたり、次の情報を取得します。
（1）お問い合わせに関する情報：メール（[email protected]）でのお問い合わせの際にいただく、氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容。
（2）ご予約に関する情報：宿泊のご予約は予約サービス「CHILLNN」、お食事のみのご予約は予約サービス「TableCheck」を通じて承っており、氏名、連絡先、予約内容等は各サービスを通じて取得します。
（3）アクセスに関する情報：本サイトはCloudflare上で運用されており、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類等のアクセスログが記録されます。また、アクセス解析ツール（Google Analytics）により、Cookieを利用してサイトの利用状況を計測しています。
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、次の目的で利用します。
ご予約の受付・確認・ご連絡のため／お問い合わせへの対応のため／本サイトの利用状況の把握および改善のため／法令に基づく対応のため。
3. Cookie・アクセス解析について
アクセス解析（Google Analytics）はCookieを利用して利用状況を収集しますが、これによって特定の個人を識別することはありません。Cookieの受け入れは、ブラウザの設定により拒否することができます。
4. 外部サービスと国外へのデータ移転
当社は、予約管理（CHILLNN・TableCheck）、サイト運用（Cloudflare）、アクセス解析（Google）の各サービスに、その利用に必要な範囲で情報の取り扱いを委託しています。各サービスのサーバーは国外に所在する場合があります。各サービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いは、それぞれの事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 第三者提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合、または人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合等を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
6. 開示・訂正・利用停止
ご本人からご自身の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止のお申し出があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い速やかに対応します。
7. 改定

Ahead of the curve Inc. ("we") collects the following information through the official website of auberge Né ("this site").
(1) Inquiries: your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact us at [email protected].
(2) Reservations: stays are booked through the reservation service CHILLNN, and dining-only visits through TableCheck. Your name, contact details and reservation details are received through these services.
(3) Access data: this site is hosted on Cloudflare, which records access logs such as IP address and browser type. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how the site is used.
2. Purpose of Use
We use this information to receive, confirm and communicate about reservations; to respond to inquiries; to understand and improve the use of this site; and to comply with applicable laws.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data. This data does not identify specific individuals. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings.
4. External Services and Overseas Transfer
We entrust the handling of information, to the extent necessary, to CHILLNN and TableCheck (reservations), Cloudflare (site operation) and Google (analytics). Their servers may be located outside Japan. The handling of personal information by each service is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
5. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to protect life, body or property.
6. Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use
If you request the disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your personal information, we will respond promptly in accordance with applicable laws after verifying your identity.
